The Installer OS. Compliance pre-built.
Onroute Intelligence is field service management for trades, worldwide. Jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, scheduling, messaging and an app that works with no signal. Then the notifications, grant claims and handover packs a generic platform leaves to you, in country-specific compliance modules.
General electrical · EV charging · Solar PV · Battery storage · Heat pumps — and every trade with a form to file

Compliance modules, pre-built. The paperwork writes itself.
The modules were built for EV charging, solar, battery and heat pump jobs; the same ones cover any electrical job, not only the low-carbon ones. Each set is country-specific. Photos and test results are taken once; the EIC is filled in from them and building control notified through your scheme. A job can't close with paperwork missing.

Features
- Photos and test results taken once — certificate, notification and claim filled in from them
- The certificate and scheme records on any electrical job; Part P, DNO and grant claim where the job needs them
- Gaps flagged while the engineer is still on site
- Handover packs assembled on completion
- UK module set built in; sets for the US and other English-speaking countriesComing soon

Every day, a run that makes sense. Right engineer, tightest date.
Onroute finds the right engineer and the tightest date for every job, and keeps the whole day a sensible run. Qualifications, working hours, time off, real drive times and what's already booked are all respected. When the day changes, reshuffle and carry on.

Features
- Right engineer, tightest date — and it tells you why
- Whole-day re-optimisation when the day changes
- Scaffolder Monday, installers Tuesday, electrician Thursday — booked as one job
- Customer self-booking that only offers dates that fit
Work flows across company lines. Partners, subbies, networks.
Link up with the firms you already work with and pass jobs between you. Manufacturers send work to local installers; installers pass overflow to trusted subbies. Nothing falls between companies, and the customer only ever sees one name.
Features
- Each firm works the job in its own Onroute, with the statuses it already uses
- Book a partner's engineer and the job is shared with them automatically
- Lend an engineer to a partner for the days you choose
- Receiving a shared job costs the partner nothing
A survey from a few photos. No forms, no site visit.
Send your customer a link. They take photos; Onroute Intelligence writes the survey, prices the job from your own price list and takes payment, all under your brand. Coming soon: your customer books a date that already fits an engineer's run.
White-label, included with every plan

Survey
Onroute fills in the technical detail from the photos and asks only what it can't see.
Quote
An itemised price from your own pricing rules, updated live as answers arrive.
Paid
They pay in the same journey. Coming soon: a date picked from days that already fit an engineer's run.

Job management
Custom statuses, job types and workflows that match how you actually work.
Automations
Messages, reminders and next steps that fire themselves as jobs move.

Messaging
WhatsApp & RCS soonTexts from your own number, emails from the job — and every reply lands back on the job.

Take cards over the phone or from the customer's link, into your own account and matched to the invoice.

AI that does the busywork. Onroute Intelligence inside the platform, picking up the jobs nobody went into the trade to do.
Comms agent
Coming soonSoon: the emails and texts you'd have written anyway, drafted in your tone, ready to send, never sent without you.
Scheduling agent
Coming soonSoon: a tighter day suggested as each job lands, with the reason — the engineer, the date, the driving it saves. You decide.
Onboarding agent
Turns customer photos into surveys and asks only what the photos can't show. Coming soon: the job notes your engineer needs, written from the answers.
Built around five trades. Compliance pre-built.
Each trade gets the surveys, job types and paperwork it needs, in the one diary. In the UK set, the same EIC, test results and Part P notification cover a general electrical job too.
Bring your leads with you. Networks and manufacturer platforms are where work gets allocated. Onroute is where you run it.
Web enquiries and tracked calls already land as jobs. Import from the platforms that send you work is on the way — one list of enquiries, whatever the source.
Moving from Simpro, ServiceTitan, Jobber or a spreadsheet. The same jobs, quotes and invoices. Then the DNO, grant and MCS paperwork, done on the job.
The diary, the quote and the invoice are what you'd expect from any job-management tool. On top of them, the certificate, the notification and the claim come off the same job, and each engineer's day is planned as a run that makes sense.
Your jobs, as you run them
Your statuses, job types and price list. The quote becomes the invoice without retyping, and the invoice lands in Xero.
Paperwork done on the job
The EIC and the claim are filled in from photos and readings taken once; the DNO and building control notified where the job needs it.
A diary that plans itself
Onroute picks the right engineer and the tightest date, and keeps each day a sensible run. When a job cancels, reshuffle and carry on.
Jobs that cross company lines
Pass overflow to a subbie or take work from a brand; each of you sees the job in your own Onroute, and receiving is free.
